The Murrough Pump Track

The Murrough Pump Track is located at the Murrough, Wicklow Town, and was built by Velosolutions. It is Ireland’s longest pump track, suitable for all levels of ability and all ages.

With 230 metres of main track and an extra 50 metres for beginners, The Murrough Pump Track is now the largest of its kind in Ireland, offering a total of 280 linear metres. It’s also the first pump track in the country to feature a dedicated advanced line—built to challenge seasoned riders while still being accessible and fun for beginners and families.

A pump track is a small but intense circuit of rolling bumps, table-top jumps, and bermed corners designed to be ridden continuously without pedalling by using weight shifts (pumping) and gravity. Pump tracks are great for developing skills and improving your technique whether you’re a beginner or an expert.
